12 Weeks to a New You is a place where you can come and be you, be raw and honest. It is supported by writing and journaling, reflective practices, breathwork, energy work, playful exercises, and a passion project (such as writing a book), allowing you to embody your reinvention fully.
It's a safe space to explore where you are, what it is like to sit in the void and listen to what your heart wants, embrace change, crossing the chasm to define what a beautiful life looks like to you.
You'll create a passion project based on what lights you up and put that into action.
